Made4Me will be shipping your purchases directly from India through courier service DTDC. When your product has been processed by our team you will receive an SMS message or email to enable you to track your purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out on our website.
Your product is being made to your design specifications. Please allow 4 weeks for production and 2 weeks for delivery.
Recipients are liable for the Taxes, Import Duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated.
CHANGE OF MIND
Your products have been designed by you and made for you.
Unfortunately under any circumstances monogrammed or customised products cannot be accepted for return due to change of mind.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Made 4 Me website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Made4Me will either repair your item or provide a full refund. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please email:firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Our technicians will review the faulty or damaged item and decide whether a repair or a refund is the most appropriate action.
Once approved we will organise return postage at no charge.
If you want to replace the item you will need to reorder on our Made 4 Me website.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Made 4 Me. You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
